Probably a good idea to use cfqueryparam -- <cfqueryparam value="#URL.id#" cfsqltype="CF_SQL_INTEGER"> instead of #url.id#
Are users logged in? Can you add another column that stores the login id when records are flagged deleted? Or even CGI data?
