Anyone out there come across the issue and even better, a fix, for
copying and pasting a word document that contains "Inverted Commas" into
soEditor (or other WYSIWIG HTML Editor) and it saves dodgey characters
(squares, instead of Inverted Commas) into the database (mySQL).
