I spent several years working for insurance companies, actuaries and Irishmen... all of which seem to believe in liquid lunches and popping down the pub after work (nearly) every night! LOL!
When I got back to the hotel, I went online to chat to my wife in CA but the ol' fingers weren't working too well so I asked her to call me in 90 minutes to wake me up for the conference... that was enough sleep to get me through the day... starting off with the partner conference (although I bailed after lunch and went back to my hotel room... to work on a Flex application I was inspired to write!) and then I walked across town to Daemon's HQ for the speakers' BBQ! :)
My body still hasn't recovered properly from MXDU, man did anyone else walk away with the FLU?
Alcohol kills germs... if you drink enough you don't get sick :) :)
