As stated previously, it seems to only be on non-binary documents indexed
via path.

Do a search for belmont and on the second page look at the title of result
13. It has been converted to uppercase.

BTW they really have to enforce some metadata standards into the workflow
there. Untitled PDFs are horrible and it takes so little time for the person
producing them to get it right.
