As for OEM version, nothings official for 1.0 and its doubtful at this time.
You can use FLEX as a developer edition, so for those of you who have adopted the V2 framework in Flash MX development and won't go down the FLEX path, i suppose consider its use for prototyping RIA' concepts.
I would of preferred the pricing model to be around the CFMX Enterprise range, but Macromedia have stood by their "it will sell" assumptions and only time will tell who was right, and who wasn't.
Once again, i'll post an article soon on the pro/con of FLEX is power and overall feasible use.
