I've used that pixy.cz one before, and to get the color codes etc, i use a small little but DAMN good program called colorCop, basically it allows you to take an eyedropper sample of anything on screen aswell as capture a portion of that screen.. check it out (google: "color cop 5.3")

[3] Have a column with the colour of this row with its complementary colour on the colour wheel. (i.e. a red box would have a green one too)
