At the moment i would say Merak Mail Server. It has its own ODBC interface so you can add and edit stuff directly into the database. One thing I dont like about it is that it only lets you have access to SOME of the entries, like adding/editing email accounts and stuff.
Mail Enable has a new version which is suposed to have ODBC support, but thats not due out for another few weeks aparently. Do you want it for a control panel or just so you dont have to log into the server to maintain it?
