Not to want to blow my trumpet too loud, but my company offers SQLServer2000 as standard with all but the most basic packages.  (You can also have MySQL or Access if you want, but SQLServer2000 was what was asked about).

You can access your databases using Enterprise Manager if you want, or a web-based utility instead.

And we're running CFMX, PHP4.3.3, .asp, ASP.Net, and if you are a real thrillseeker you can even use PERL!

IF you don't see exactly what you need in the standard packages, just ask and I'm sure we can work out something to suit. I've been hosting for a few years now, and I've never before had such a flexible setup to allow me to configure sites exactly to clients' needs.
