Define simlicity when writing a forum. You start... realise it needs more 
functionality to work... and bam.. a few years go by.

If its just a simple 100% public/no user authorisation and very little customisation.. 
write your own.. should only take a couple of hours.

I only after a basis forum where someone can start a tread and people can
respond to it.  Done need to be to do any fancy stuff.
