Barry,

I think Webcentral must have read your answer.  This is the answer I got
from them:

"We have still been unable to get this custom tag to work on your current
server (Windows 2000)however we have been able to get it to work on the
test server (Windows 2003). We are therefore prepared to move you to this
type of resource and will ask you to consider this proposition in order to
get this component to operate."

I guess it is a case of all's well that ends well.
