so i have been told by Macromedia. not that they seem to know whats going on in their call centre.
From what i gather, Macromedia support staff only has access to what information
is available on their website.

What sort of subscription are you talking about? I have the DevNet subscription and all DRKs are available to DevNet subscribers.
