The best one I know of is run by Russ Michaels at http://cfdeveloper.co.uk. It's at least as good as cfaussie as a resource for technical answers and the traffic tends to stay on topic. Probably because they had the good sense a couple of years ago to create a companion chat list for off topic posts.
