[cfaussie] Anyone help? CF Ver 4.0 CD

I am in a predicament, I have my original CF 4.4 Upgrade CD-Rom, but can’t for the life of me find my original Ver 4.0 CD.  All I can find is the evaluation version which won’t let me upgrade.
