If you remember to define month as a
string e.g. mmm, CF should produce a locale specific
correct date. Cold Fusion attempts to be rather smart and looks at if dd gt 12 it's a day not a month and flips it, otherwise
it's a month, regardless of what locale is set, it really is a bug as
locale settings should determine the date mask.
