Hey all,

I've got a client asking for an update to their site.

Its currently using the ANZ hosted version of their eGate payment
gateway, i.e. all we do is fill in some hidden form fields and submit
them to ANZ and all the processing gets done at that end.

Now it seems ANZ is changing their Hosted Payments option to force the
web server calling it to have something installed on it, in their
words:

=================
Hosted Payments Option
Hosted Payments is where the purchaser is re-directed to a secure page
at ANZ eGate for entering their credit card details (now referred to
as Server Hosted Payments, ie the secure page is hosted on the ANZ
Server).

Previously this was implemented by a simple html or Javascipt POST
call to ANZ eGate (ie this did not require components to be installed
on the Merchants Server), with this new version both models require a
new software component (the "Payment Client") to be installed on the
Merchants Server this Payment Client requires Java installed to run.
=================

Has anyone been through the process of upgrading their system with
these new components and can give me an idea how involved it is? Does
it integrate well with CF?

I'm about to jump in and read all the technical docs, but I was hoping
someone could give me the quick rundown on their experience...

thanks, bye!
