Hi all, Can anyone explain why I am getting this error:
Invalid character data was found. This is most likely caused by stored data containing characters that are invalid for the character set the database was created in. The most common example of this is storing 8bit data in a SQL_ASCII database. this error occurs only on some records, even though they are all of type "text" and even when I use SET CLIENT_ENCODING TO 'UNICODE'; in my queries. The db is postgresql 7.3 on linux, coldfusion version is MX6.1 on linux. Cheers, Bryan.
