Hi Scott Ive had similar problems with multiple IIS websites running CF on the same machine. Have a look a the IIS Connectors script in
<CF_HOME>\bin\connectors\ Ive found that by stoping the service, removing the IIS connectors and re-adding them fixed the problem. see: http://livedocs.macromedia.com/coldfusion/6.1/htmldocs/config12.htm for more info.
