Heh heh!

That's why I try to stick to lowercase - especially for filenames. Which to
be blunt is annoying because even now Application.cfm and OnRequestEnd.cfm
are still mixed case ;)

XML is case sensitive (duh), I'm used to using camel case, but ran into some
issues and decided its time to give in - I like lowercase better than upper
case, but whats the best or most used?

Incase you want to know, the problem I ran into was with the form structure,
I passed the form structure as an XML package to SQL to perform a search,
but in the form structure all field names are converted to UPPERCASE, there
is no way I can convert "FIRSTNAME" to "firstName" so it matches the
expected element.
