Quick question, am I missing something major, or is CFLDAP
unable to traverse multiple OU’s? Also, is there a filter for searching where a value is null?
Currently to get around these limitations I use a linked SQL
server with ADSI. This process tends to be a bit slow and I’d rather do
some of the more basic actions with CFLDAP. (Oh, it also seems like CFLDAP has got to be one of the
least documented/reported on major tags in CF. A google search only returns 963
results, and many of them are duplicates of the official CF documentation. It
seems like LDAP interaction would be a major component as it allows you to do
quite a bit of seamless security and personalization in an intranet enviroment.)
