Guys, urgent problem here.

I just installed a new application, created a sub dir under
cfusionmx\wwwroot\component and created a mapping called \component to
it, for some reason it would not pick it up, so before I started
debugging further I suggested they upgrade to 6.1 (from 6)

Now all we get is

The ColdFusion MX Application Server service terminated with
service-specific error 2.

And we can't get coldfusion started anymore.

We searched google but no luck.

Any help appreciated.
