I (through my employer) am a subscriber and get it delivered. It comes regularly each month. I think most of the problems people have described stem from trying to subscribe to the magazine through the website.

I remember being a subscriber a couple of years ago and seeing nothing for like 5 months and then one would trickle in... at first i thought it was me, but have heard similiar stories. Also their Top 10 lists etc aren't they sponsored? ie more you pay the higher you rank? I'm not being a sook about the mag, just wondering if these little rumours are in fact true? as i'd consider re-subscribing if they aren't.
