HI Brian, JFaceDBC and Quantum are 2 plugins that will allow you to do this via SQL providing you know the syntax, but I'm not aware of any that allow you to do it visually.
Clay (http://www.azzurri.jp/en/software/clay/index.jsp) might do it, but I'm not sure because it's got a commercial license and I've never looked to see if there is a free alternative.
