I found another apps settings and it worked!

To the Branch : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Macromedia\HomeSite5

add (string value): allowMultipleInstances = -1

Then fire up as many copies as you can handle! At least you can toggle
between two projects or compare files like you can't do in the SDI
