I agree Darren.

I am a complete newcomer to CF and love having things like this
explained in very simple terms - especially pointing out pitfalls and
traps that you guys have learned from experience. (I must admit that
most of the stuff you guys discuss on this list goes way over my head.) 

I have gone with the code example put forward by Patrick and amended by
James and it works beautifully. It would have taken a long time browsing
through the CF Bible to figure out how to do it.
