Hi guys, i am using a payment gateway company and they require that a piece of software be installed on the server which communicates with their gateway.
I have given the software and the instructions below, and they still havent installed it, every time i ask if its done, another excuse is used. The thing is, i am now ready for a very big rant at them, but i need to know first if installing the software is difficult and time consuming.
