Dave,

Looks like you are using the wrong SERIAL number for your installation. The DevNet partner edition of CF will write that meta-tag. You need to make sure you are using a proper STANDARD or ENTERPRISE serial on the server. If you believe you are then you're only hope is to contact Macromedia for a new serial.
