You will find that it is not so much an issue of how easy it is to
install this software but that your provider will be reluctant to
install it.  Server administrators are always very wary about third
party stuff that they cannot get the source code for (unless they have
a vested interest in investigating it themselves and entering into an
agreement with the vendor that warrants the fitness of the software).

I had a quick look at the documentation and, given that it is a
Java-based system, I would personally prefer to get a Java servlet
version of it rather than the command line version.  In this way, they
could install it just into your sandbox (assuming they are using
Enterprise or the multi-instance J2EE CFMX) and not impact any other
clients.

So - they may well have issues with it - and they are well within
their rights to NOT install it.  But they should at least tell you
that is what they are doing.
