Sorry, I probably wasn't clear enough. I meant who's browser gets the problem? Do _you_ see the page not found error in your browser, or are you seeing a page not found error in the log files because someone else (not you, or any browser you are in control of) is getting the error. Where is this local development server accessible from? Just your PC, many PCs on your network, or the entire internet?
