not at all, its simply to prevent a user from paying for the same item twice, they may 
get the following

store one - �35 paynow
store two - �23 paynow

When they make a successful payment a http request gets sent from paypal, worldpay etc 
which updates my db with the payment info, but unitl they refresh their page, there is 
no way of them knowing so to prevent them paying twice to the same vendor, i need to 
disable the button/form.

but please explain your comment :-)
