Maybe a stupid question (I'm good at those)..

I don't want one image to be cached in an email message (HTML), can I somehow add the no cache property to the image, or do I need to include the no cache headers in the HTML page?

The image is a cf page serving up an image with cfcontent..
I can't fool around with the web server and set the no cache headers on the file itself.
