Heya Chris,

Hotmail is probably picking up the MailerID as being Cold Fusion and
rejecting it on that basis...

You can change the mailer ID by doing something like this:

<CFMAIL TO="..."  ... MAILERID="Microsoft Outlook, Build 10.0.3416">
    ... 
</CFMAIL>

It will be as if the email was sent from Outlook...
