With Event Listeners or what ever the new non-http processor is going to be called being added to Blackstone, it seems like CF could be on route to enable web developers a method to stand alone development. Despite all that has changed in business computing, there is still times when a person may not be net connected to the world. Is there any movement to something like a PHP-GTK style toolset? Or perhaps a toolbar or browser plug-in that could act as both a temporary datasource and simple processing engine.
