No email and now a rush, forgot to add a second thing, would have done straight away 
if the mail had come straight back.....

Turn off "friendly error messages" if you are using IE to browse there and see what 
the real error message is. I suspect that IIS is trying to serve up the page rather 
than JRUN itself.
