This is what I have found out: Baycorp Advantage have a service called Vericheck which will compare the details i.e, address, name, phone number against the current electoral rolls, electronic white pages & drivers license (against the Baycorp database). You can use this service to verify individuals without privacy concerns This service costs .86c per enquiry.
