Actually, working off memory here (yes i retain information sometimes)
if you were to go:
.myClass {
font-size: 14px;
}
.myClass select {
font-size: 100%;
}
The font-settings should inherit from the myClass node. Because even
though the SELECT is underneath the myClass container element (ie DIV)
some elements won't inherit the setting unless you derive it in the way
outlined above.
But..
If you don't use the ".myClass select", the actual select box will revert
back to the browsers default font-size (unless you use * { font-size:
??px}).
