I've meant to ask this for a while now ... why do people run multiple instances of ColdFusion?
I can see that one reason would be to run them in a development environment, and have different setups to match the client's differing environments, but is there any other reason? Otherwise, wouldn't multiple instances of CFMX just consume more of the server's resources? -- Cheers Mike Kear Windsor, NSW, Australia Certified Advanced ColdFusion Developer AFP Webworks http://afpwebworks.com ColdFusion, PHP, ASP, ASP.NET hosting from AUD$15/month --- You are currently subscribed to cfaussie as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/
