Merry New Year to one and all.

With a busy start to the new year and a special opportunity presenting itself we're going to postpone this month's CFUG and hold it over for next month...

What you say? Postpone it???

Yes but you get two User Group meetings as a bonus next month, both of which are going to be chock full of more Macromedia goodness than you could possibly handle...

Firstly I'm happy to announce that plans are afoot for another National User Group Meeting (some may even correctly suggest an ANZ User Group Meeting) to occur during MXDU, planned to occur on the evening of Day Zero. The guest line up is too stellar (and yet to be organised) to give you an idea of who's going to be there on the night, rest assured we'll be doing our best to secure some great presenters.

The other news is that there will be a NSW CFUG next month, to be held on an extraordinary date, Monday 21 February.

What you say? A Monday!!!

Well that's for a good reason, I'm happy to announce that we've organised for Tim Buntel, ColdFusion Product Manager, to be our guest presenter for the evening - this is a rare opportunity for ColdFusion developers in the Sydney area and I encourage you to consider attending.

More details to follow, especially for the National User Group Meeting.

What?
NSW CFUG (ColdFusion User Group)

Where?
Red Square, 49 Greek Street, Glebe (behind the Broadway shopping centre, close to bus, trains, parking)

When?
Monday, 21 February, 5.30pm (beer & pizza) for 6pm start (presentation) with a 7pm finish - generally there's a lot of talk that goes on afterward though, good opportunities to network.

Who?
This month, fresh from wowing the crowds at this years MXDU we have the pleasure of presenting Tim Buntel, ColdFusion Product Manager. If you've not heard Tim speak previously you owe it to yourself to attend as his presentations are both insightful and a whole lot of fun. I'm sure that many of you are keen to know the state of what's happening with ColdFusion and Tim's the man to get the answers from.

Cost?
While CFUG meetings are free and open to all it's best to RSVP directly to the organisers to help with catering and make yourself eligible for the fabulous door prizes given out on the night. RSVP directly to me, Andrew Muller at [EMAIL PROTECTED] rather than replying to this list.

Thanks, over and out.

Andrew
