Very basic (and rough) explanation of how I comment is
I usually prefer to put at the top of the page something like 
Page name, 
Page location, (where in the fuse system)
Then if its a action page put where it shoots to, if its a display
page put where it grabs data from,

Then down the page (hypothetically) if a cfquery rocks up ill put
above it comment this query is used to get data for what ever which is
used in what ever.

Now that would be 1 line and the query might be 10 lines,

So as you can see its a lot less then 2:1

Where as with fusedocs the whole cf code might be 50 lines but there
will be 100 lines of fusedocs at the top,

I'm not a fan of writing xml for the human eye, xml is for machines.

I am not a machine, the TX has not corrupted my system. =)
