Email encryption is pretty poorly supported on a lot of email clients,
adding CF into the mix might be possible, but would probably cause
even more headaches. Personally I'd say the best route would be to
email a link and serve up the secure content over HTTPS.

If you are interested in playing with Digital Certificates &
encryption of email, jump on to verisign/thwate and grab one of their
free email certs (http://www.thawte.com/email/). Bang it on your
regular email address and you'll suddenly see how many people have
trouble coping with digitally signed (let alone encrypted) mail.
