Hi

I'm actually developing a demo app for my small business. I'd like any
potential client to host on the same web host as me but it's always
possible they might want to host somewhere else. It's only for this reason
that I need something set up in my own code i.e. it's one thing just to ask
my own web host to provide that but having to talk to who knows how many
other web hosts could be a nightmare.

Have fun

Can't your hosting provider be a really really really nice person and
provide you with a page you can hit with CFHTTP?

Like http://somehost/admin/freespace.cfm?id=1234&keybljdsj2932j

Bottle of booze always makes these things go over a bit smoother...
