Only if you use Telstra. With VOIP, cost of international calls is insanely
cheap. My last $10 prepaid phone card bought last October has given me many
hours of international calls and there's still at least $2 left to go on it. I
don't even bother to charge business calls to my company any more - the
paperwork is not worth the trouble.
