Sean,

Ok thanks for pointing me straight.

But first the bug that I discovered is a known bug outside of the beta, so
that is not breaking the NDA, even though I know I discussed it with the MM
development team, but it was also discussed with other developers outside
this environment and I reflected this information that has annoyed a few
people since the release of CF 7.0.

Secondly, if I make an enhancement request don't you thing it is ok for me
to bring this to the table for others to say yes I would like that too? Or
should I shut up and leave the feature request alone so that no feature will
ever get into any new release?

Just clarifying!

Why your jumping to CF 7)

Yeah it is... go read what you agreed to. The NDA covers any and all
material made known to you that has not been made public and most certainly
covers the discussions that you posted here on cfaussie. If something that
happened in the beta is never made public by Macromedia, it may not be
disclosed by anyone in the beta program because the NDA covers it in
perpetuity.

Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer so feel free to ask Tim Buntel about this
tonight or during MXDU!
