1). Getting down was the easy part, getting time of work = hard part. I was bags packed, set to go only to find out work needed my exceptional talented, yet wise skillset to... bah, other developer went to india for a month and so i had to hold the fort so to speak! hehe.
2) Cost of MXDU all said and done is not that much. As a single payer anything over $100 is too much for me at times hehe but as a company $700 isn't a lot at all. Plus its a TAX right off (no matter who you are) and depending on how creative you get, you could get anywhere from 30%-100% of the funds back. 3) I've found the MXDU"s worthwhile so i'm bitter in not going :) but its no fault of anyones but my own.. its much easier to blame others though.. .Its your fault Tom!... hehe.. 4) I can't imagine anyone in the world going "hmmm MXDU.. should i go, shouldn't i go...hmm...wait..Scott Barnes says it rox0rz and anyone not going is pwned!...i'm so there now" hehehe... I stand by my quotes though. -- Regards, Scott Barnes http://www.mossyblog.com On Thu, 17 Feb 2005 16:22:31 +1100, Tom MacKean <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I would have thought they would have flown you down specially and given > you a complimentary ticket after using your quote on the website to lure > others. > > What kind of company is running this debacle? > > Tom MacKean > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Scott > Barnes > Sent: Thursday, 17 February 2005 2:43 PM > To: CFAussie Mailing List > Subject: [cfaussie] Re: How does Microsoft relate to "MX" > > Because god hates them. > > hehe umm probably because they didn't volunteer or declined?
