No, I will chime in on his point 4. I can achieve my legendary
hunt-&-Peck 30 Words per Minute only by staring intently at my keyboard.
I hate it when you're typing merrily away and look up only to discover
that some piece of crap application has initiated a total
re-installation based on it's automated update feature I forgot to turn
off. I haven't gotten dinged by this since I started the unstoppable 350
Meg XP Service Pack 2 download via a 33k modem.

Now is your time to tell me about best-practice typing, or best practice
installations, or best practice updates. (yeah, can't let that dog lie,
now can I? ;) )

I agree with all your points except

2. There's obviously an issue with Acrobat 7 pre-sp2. People tend to
choose the simplest option when confused, and I'm sure 6 works fine with
SP2. Better getting a person who wouldn't know the difference anyway
using an older version than one they can't use.

4. If you are having problems with hand-eye coordination, perhaps an
extra-large keyboard from fisher price is the answer.

:D
