I have CFMX6.1 hosting starting at $15/month - CFMX, Perl, .asp, .asp.net, unlimited email accounts, unlimited ftp accounts, no 'nickel and dime' charges, control panel to administer the site yourself. I set up a CF mapping for every site, and you can have unlimited datasources.
At that basic level you can use Access, MySQL, databases, and at higher than the most basic you can have MSSQLServer2000 databases.
