Don't forget what happens, in your spanky site with no browser controls, if
the user is using IE and hits Ctrl-N (opens new window at current location).
This will normally open the new window up with all the browser controls
restored that you have just painstakingly removed.
Its always best to go with normal browser behaviour, than trying to wrestle
it into acting in a different way. Its a fight that you ultimately will not
win.
