Spike, Thanks for your help its not 100% what I was looking for, but I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel here. I was a little hell bent on the solution that I had implemented and was not getting anywhere with Steve, although I can see his solution it just wasn't working.
Anyway I can see yours working, and maybe with a little more effort from Steve I could have seen his as well just not the way he had done it.
