All i did was record one and save it, see how the code was written and then
modified.

I chose the JSCRIPT way rather than the VBScript way.  There is also an API
document in the Homesite product area on the MM site.

The only think that i can see missing that would be good would be having
stuff like onFileOpen and onFileSave methods for the document or application
objects.  arr well

i've been using the snippets (not macros) and using stuff like
$${DATE} or $${USERNAME} or stuff  when i want to input something i go
$${MyInput} etc

They work ok, but in regards to "Macros" never played with them - but
- after reading ya post, i just might have a tinker today ...

Any resources on the web we can look at to hunt around for more info?
