Heya Scott,

ST> Have ypu tried:

Start - >> Programs - > Macromedia - > Macromedia Coldfusion MX -> Web
ST> Server Config Tool

I was able to get CF running using the internal web server, but it
just wouldn't connect to IIS. I tried running the connector script,
but it never created the JRunScripts virtual directory. Right now that
particular server is running fine, after I uninstalled the service
pack, so I don't want to mess with it again.

I will set up a separate server to test this config again when I have
time.. In the meantime my basic question is:

If I set up a clean Windows 2003 Server fully patched, and with
Service Pack 1 installed, will Cold Fusion 6.1 install and connect
itself to IIS without any fiddling? And if not, what is the fiddling
that has to happen?

thanks, bye!
