They just seem very specialised. If you go to a plumbers house they more ofter than not have leaky taps. Seems like the same thing to me. I'm guessing the user name to login is different to your email address.
Any who... not my place to be defending them. Maybe they just need to pick there game up a bit and spend some of the vast income they generate from selling there expensive database systems.
